How do I go about booking your services for an indoor or outdoor screening event?

  • Where will the event be held
  • Who’s organising the event
  • When will the event be held
  • Why is the event organised? (Purpose of screening - charity, company event etc)
  • What type of facilities are needed.

What are the facilities I need to have ready before organising an indoor or outdoor movie event?

Any  proper venue such as an open field, ballroom or  mall space with a nearby power source outlet to operate our equipment. If the venue doesn’t have a power outlet, screening is still possible as we’re willing to assist with a generator.

What are the different types of movie screening packages you have?

Packages will be offered according to your needs taking into account space, location, number of viewers and so on. Do contact us for a discussion. Rest assured we’ll offer you the best deal possible.

Is it possible to request a movie that’s not in your Movie List?

Yes,  it’s possible but subject to the related distributor’s  final approval .

What happens if  I organise an outdoor  movie event and it rains? Can I cancel the event and get a refund?

You’re advised to having a back up plan in case of a bad weather. You may have marquees, canopies or an alternative indoor venue. If you can’t manage it on your own, we’re willing to assist you with these facilities upon your request.

If I book an movie screening slot and decide to cancel it. Do I get back my  deposit?

Once a booking is made and deposit paid, the client is not advised to cancel as all deposits are non-refundable.

What's are the add-on services you provide for movie screenings?

 We provide, upon request,  event booths, marquees, custom-made chairs, lighting set up and many others to enhance your outdoor and indoor cinema experience

Do I need a license for an indoor movie screening?

YES, it is necessary.

Do I need a license for an outdoor movie screening?

YES, it is necessary.

Whose responsibility is it to apply for the license?

 The organiser but we will assist with the application.

How long does the license take to be approved?

Usually it will takes 2 weeks.

Is it possible for you to apply for the license on our behalf?

Yes,It’s possible .

Are there any hidden charges that I ought to be aware of if I wish to organise a movie screening event?

If you have shared complete information on your event and stated your requirements in advance, then there shouldn’t be any hidden charges.

How to I make a movie screening booking?  

Bookings are to be made on the understanding that they are made on a first-come, first served basis.

Bookings are only legally binding after a deposit has been paid and a contract signed. Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, our services for your event is confirmed and guaranteed.

What’s the payment plan like if I agree to a screening?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of signing the contract. The balance is due on the event day. We accept cash or online money transfer.

What about the movie screening setup and take down procedure?

We begin setup approximately about 1 to 3 hours before sunset.

The Inflatable Screen could be set up within 30 to 45 minutes. Audio equipment tests begin immediately after the screen is erected, and projection tests begin at dusk.

The Inflatable Screen will begin deflating 10 to 30 minutes after the end of the movie, unless otherwise specified by the client.

After the screening is over, all equipment will be removed within one and a half (1.5) hours. Please note that the above procedure may vary based on the rental agreement made with the client.
